CDS series Chemical Dosing System
PRODUCT INTRODUCTION
CDS series Chemical Dosing System, applied in the thermodynamic system of thermal power plant and the secondary circuit of nuclear power station, can dose metering pumps, so as to make the quality of water-steam be in fine chemical and ensure the safety, economy and normal operation the unit.
CDS series Chemical Dosing System is also applicable to such water treatment systems as raw water , condensate, cycle water, demineralized water and waste water, and so on. In addition, the application scope of such product can also extends to some trades else, for example, environmental protection, chemical, pharmacy, electronic, petroleum and foodstuff, etc.
CDS series Chemical Dosing System is on a unit-system-design basis, in novel structure and special layont, It compactly fixes up as per the dosing system the related compinents e g. solution tank, liguid level gauge, metering box, electric agitator, fixes up as per the dosing system the related compinents e g. solution tank, liguid level gauge, metering box, electric agitator, dose metering pump, control cabinet and associated tubing and valves, and so on, to form an independent dosing unit. It may consist of one or more dosing units.
Two kinds of control mode, nameny, manual and automatic, are available to CDS series Chemical Dosing System. Autocontrol can be realized by frequency converter, electriomotion/pneumatic stroke controller and the computer Supervisory to water-steam sampling system ,as per feedwater flow and/or signals 4-20mA from on-line analyzers.
Computer SCADA system can actualize the automatic closed-loop control towards the dosing device per various control algorithm e.g. digital PID, fuzzy algorithmic approach and pH-coordinated phosphate, etc. directiy control on CRT the start-up/shut-off of dose metering pump and open/close of associated valves(soft manual operation), as well as dynamically display on CRT the dosing system condition, flow path and liquid level simultaneously. Also the system can realize network supervision and data share together with another computers, through network communication.
