  • Electrode cleaning systems are available using a variety of methods according to the nature of the electrode and contaminant.
  • The Model 8540 mechanical cleaning system uses a ring-shaped small brush or silicone rubber membrane attached to an up and down moving shaft which is periodically activated by a programmable timer.
  • In the air or water cleaning system an IP65 electrovalve, which can be supplied with either air or water, is installed between the transmitter and the electrode or sensor.
  • For the chemical cleaning system, a twin-chamber hose pump delivers measured volumes of a cleaning fluid via a nozzle mounted immediately below the tip of the electrode or sensor.
